1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging services from Auspice Consulting LLC (“Company”), you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
The Company provides strategic advisory services based on interpretive analytical frameworks, including Eastern metaphysical methodologies.
Services are advisory only and do not constitute:
- Investment advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Medical advice
- Psychological therapy
All decisions remain solely with the Client.
3. No Fiduciary Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates a fiduciary relationship.
The Company acts solely as an independent strategic advisor.
No fiduciary duties are expressed or implied.
4. No Agency Authority
The Company has no authority to:
- Bind Client to contracts
- Execute transactions
- Represent Client legally
- Make decisions on Client’s behalf
All authority remains exclusively with Client.
5. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For extended advisory engagements:
A non-refundable retainer fee (30–50%) may be required to secure engagement.
Remaining balances may be structured in installments.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Refund Policy (Services)
Due to the customized intellectual nature of advisory services:
- All consultation fees are non-refundable once delivered.
- Retainer fees are non-refundable.
- Once preparation, research, or strategic review has begun, services are considered rendered.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior.
- No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations between 24-48 hours will incur a 50% fee.
7. Digital Products
All digital materials, reports, and downloads are final and non-refundable.
8. Physical Products (If Applicable)
If physical goods are offered:
Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Customer responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
- Refund issued upon inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- International duties and customs fees non-refundable
Damaged Items
If item arrives damaged, customer must notify within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
9. Shipping Policy
Physical items are shipped via third-party carriers.
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs
- International regulations
- Force majeure events
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier.
10. Earnings Disclaimer
The Company makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
- Income generation
- Investment performance
- Business growth
- Capital returns
- Immigration approvals
- Relationship outcomes
- Any financial or personal results

12. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from Client’s decisions or actions.
13. Payment Authorization & Chargeback Policy
By submitting payment, Client confirms:
- Payment is authorized
- Services are non-refundable
- Terms have been reviewed
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks without first seeking resolution.
Chargebacks for valid services constitute breach of agreement.
Client agrees to reimburse related dispute fees.
14. Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services provided by Auspice Consulting LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
By engaging our services, you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or jury trial.
This arbitration provision survives termination of services.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, frameworks, and materials are intellectual property of Auspice Consulting LLC.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit materials without written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing herein limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or technological failure.
19. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
